LÚMENA Institute bridges science and spirit to awaken a new approach to well-being. We guide individuals, teams, and organisations through a journey of remembrance, where the analytical clarity of the mind meets the timeless wisdom of the heart.

Our work draws on neuroscience, psychology, and holistic practice to help people reconnect with their inner light, and carry it into the way they live, lead, and create. The intention is simple. To move from understanding to becoming.

We accept a small number of people each season. Every engagement begins with a private conversation.

You lie back, the nervous system softens, and a guided energy process begins. Nothing is forced. The work meets you where you are.

Clear at the root
Emotional and energetic imprints are released at the root, including patterns held from early life, family lineage, and beyond.

Realign and return
You return gently to a waking state. Everything seen, unlocked, and realigned is explained in detail, so you leave with clarity and coherence.

Signature Method

Soul Integration Therapy

Channelled deep healing for present, past-life, and ancestral patterns.

A deep healing session that brings together channelled energy work and modern psychology. Working from earth to soul, it rebalances the energy system, clears emotional and energetic blocks, and helps body, mind, and soul move in the same direction. You lie back and allow a guided process to release what you no longer need. Afterward, close to an hour is spent together, and everything that was seen, unlocked, and integrated is explained in detail.

Deep emotional field reprogramming.

A focused session that works directly on the emotional and energetic field, to remove at the root the memories, patterns, and imprints that shape daily life beneath awareness. It clears what limits you, so you can move forward with clarity, lightness, and freedom. The right choice when something specific needs to shift, or as a first step before the Signature Method.

Founder & Lead Practitioner

My deepest joy is seeing people set down burdens carried for years, and return to life with lightness and love.

Laura is the founder and lead practitioner of LÚMENA Institute. Her practice unites structured, analytical training with developed intuitive gifts, a combination that is rare in this field, and the reason people seek her by name rather than by method.

Her path includes a background in business and entrepreneurship, Reiki mastery, developed capacities in mediumship and channelling, and more than thirteen years of study across psychology, neuroscience, self-hypnosis, and the science of belief. The discipline came from one side of that path. The depth came from the other. The LÚMENA method is the meeting of the two.

She works with people who are already accomplished, yet sense an alignment still to be made. Each journey begins privately, and moves at the pace that is right.
